* Please have your membership number ready when registering on-line.
**Student registration will only be accepted if proof of your student status is emailed to [email protected]

Important: Each presented paper must have at least one author nominative registration attached to it

A Transportation Pass.This pass gives access to the Toulouse official transportation: tramway, metro, buses and shuttle to airport.

Registration & Cancellation policy

Registration by purchase order:

Registration by purchase order is possible. In order to to it, please return ERTS2 2016 Registration form together with the purchase order to:

Cancellation:

Written cancellation will be honoured if received by janvuary 1st, 2016.
After this date, all registrations will be considered final and the corresponding fees owing in full.
The organisers cannot take the responsability for cancellations made after this date as reimbursement will not be possible.
