FINAL SUBMISSIONS & AUTHORS INSTRUCTIONS
SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS, SELECTION (Closed)
The submission of extended abstracts is closed. The Programme Committee selected through a formal review process, 93 submissions for regular sessions and 12 for sessions dedicated to tools, out of a total of 165 high quality abstracts (the list of Programme Committee members is available on the web site,
http://www.erts2012.org). The notification was sent to the authors on September 30, 2011.
FINAL PAPER
Regular sessions: the authors of submissions selected for regular sessions have to upload their complete paper through the on-line submission site not later than December 10, 2011 (minimum 6 pages, maximum 10 pages, character size 10, in English, "PDF" format, colours may be used if needed). No particular template or model is imposed.
Tool sessions: the authors of submissions selected for tool sessions have the possibility to have a complete paper included in the Conference proceedings. This complete paper must then be uploaded through the on-line submission site not later than December, 10, 2011 (maximum 10 pages, character size 10, in English, "PDF" format, colours may be used if needed). No particular template or model is imposed.
It is of particular importance to take in due consideration the review reports to prepare the final papers.
The on-line submission has to be performed through the same site with the same identifiers
as for the submission of extended abstracts ((
https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=erts2012, also accessible through the ERTS 2012 web site
http://www.erts2012.org).
Through the submission process, the authors guarantee that the submitted material is not covered by a prior copyright, and accept that the ERTS2 organising bodies have the right to edit, reproduce and distribute it in printable format and/or electronic format.
FINAL ABSTRACTS
A booklet of abstracts of the selected submissions will be printed and provided to the Conference participants, based on the short abstracts and general information provided on-line through the submission process (title, authors, e-mails, affiliation, keywords, conference topics).
The authors of the selected submissions are kindly invited to check and update as needed their short abstract and associated data (same site, same date as for the final papers). Please note that these data will be extracted and printed “as is” with no additional check from the Conference organisers.
ORAL PRESENTATION
Each accepted paper will get a 25’ slot for an oral presentation, in English, at the Conference (20’ presentation, 5’ questions and answers), by one of its authors who must participate to the Conference.
The lecture room will be equipped with a video projector and a computer. Prior to each session, speakers will be invited to contact their session chair or Conference organisers so that their presentation slides (in English, “PPT” or “PDF” format) can be compiled on the appropriate computer before their session starts.
